We are happy to offer our members rebates for energy saving water heating and HVAC improvements.  To apply for a rebate, please contact us to fill out an application. If you have any questions about the rebate program, give our office a call at 800-882-5140.

Rebates are available for the following energy saving improvements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 50 gal. 

  • .92 UEF

  • Limit one per HVAC

Types of Rebates

Replacing existing Electric

New Construction or conversion from Gas

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 40 gallon.

  • All-in-one units

Qualifications: 

  • Desuperheater recommended but not required. 

Minimum Efficiency Requirements: 

Stick built or modular housing

  • SEER- 16 

  • EER- 10

Mobile/Manufactured Housing

  • SEER- 14

  • EER- 10

*All new equipment must be AHRI Rated

Rebate Types

New Construction, Replacing Gas or Heat Pump

  • Requires Variable Speed Compressor

Replacing 100% Electric Resistance Heat

  • Single Speed Compressor

  • Variable Speed Compressor

Minimum Efficiency Requirements

Secondary Requirements

  • SEER- 19

  • EER- 10

Variable/Multi-speed compressor required

*All new equipment must be AHRI Rated

Rebate Types

Single room installations-Single room installations can include room additions or outbuildings.

Replacing existing A/C, heat pump, or new construction

Replacing electric resistance heat

Requirements: located and serviced by member, occupied/ used year-round (seasonal occupancy does not qualify)
